Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and dependable Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support daily operations at our Ecuador office. This role combines administrative oversight with hands-on responsibility for IT systems, facility readiness, and workforce monitoring, ensuring everything runs efficiently and without disruption. Key Responsibilities 1. Facility & Power Management Perform monthly maintenance of the office power generator, including oil changes and routine checks Ensure generator readiness and reliability during outages Review and maintain the power outage backup plan 2. IT & Workplace Setup Verify proper use and setup of dual-screen (2nd monitor) workstations for all employees Conduct and document regular internet speed tests Report and escalate any technical or connectivity issues 3.
