Position Summary

Education: Master's degree. Work setting: Real estate company. Budgetary responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.

Responsibilities

  • Co‑coordinate administrative services.
  • Manage operations of a department providing several administrative services.
  • Conduct research.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Budgetary responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Supervision: 3–4 people.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, database, information management system, accounting software, electronic mail.
  • Security and safety: Confidential security clearance, criminal record check.
