We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support daily administrative and coordination functions in a building materials trading company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal staff on orders and deliveries
Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and related documents
Support daily operations and ensure proper documentation flow
Maintain accurate and organized company records
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
2-3 years of admin experience (construction experience preferred)
