About the Program

Community Assets is a portfolio of the National Council for Canada that is responsible for optimal programming at all Imamat Assets across Canada.

About the Role


Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide unsurpassed administrative support to the National leadership by:
  • Attending all meeting and Full Session Weekend Meetings in person to help coordinate and manage any actions, tasks and get engaged in follow-ups to ensure that items are responded to in a timely manner. 
  • Producing concise meeting minutes, following up with the team on action items, diary entries.
  • Ensuring the team is up to date in using MS Teams
  • Maintaining and cleaning up any data files on the preferred platform.
  • Providing basic technical support to the team.
