About This Opportunity

Our client in Dorval in the construction industry is currently looking for a administrative coordinator. This candidate has the overall responsibility for assisting in various PM and administrative tasks for each of the construction projects assigned to the team, with the objective of optimal performance of fellow team members.

Advantages
Monday-Friday (7AM-9AM - 4PM-6PM) (40 hours a week)

50,000$-55,000$ (based on experience)

2-3 weeks vacation (depending on the experience)

• Invoice all service calls and projects to clients – Project Manager payment requests
• Office Invoices
• Accounts Receivable –monthly statemen- Collection Calls
• Open & Send Mail and courier...
