Purpose of the Role

As an integral member of our Private Wealth Team, you provide exceptional administrative support to teams of Wealth Advisors and Wealth Planning Associates to ensure client and team needs are being met. Your support provides leverage for the team to focus on growing our business, providing the best possible bespoke experiences for our valued clients.

As an Administrative Associate, you will have opportunities to reach your career aspirations- whether that means building a long-term career in an administrative capacity or growing into a future Wealth Planning Associate role. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop new skills while supporting a Wealth Advisor and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

This role will operate on a hybrid working model and is based in Vancouver.
