About This Opportunity

Do you enjoy managing a variety of administrative support duties to help maintain effective and efficient office operations? Our Whiteshell Laboratories (WL) location is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Whiteshell (WL) Emergency Management (EM) Department. Apply today! 

What will you be doing!  

  • Supporting departmental bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Assisting departmental staff as required in preparing high-quality documents through preparing, processing, and formatting documents, forms, and other correspondence.
  • Supporting the department in the operation and maintenance of department record-keeping systems.
  • Acting as assistant to the department by helping to organize their time, i.e., arranging/maintaining schedules of meetings, maintaining MS Outlook calendars, arranging travel, scheduling appointments, assisting in the preparation of presentation material and in the setup of equipment.
