You’ll be joining Equativ as part of the LATAM Admin & Finance team, supporting processes for Mexico, Miami, and the rest of LATAM, and working closely with internal administrative, accounting, and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the Administrative‑Finance Specialist to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Support daily administrative tasks including billing, credit notes, payment application, and collections.
Propose and implement client support solutions, ensuring timely follow‑up and long‑term trust.
Communicate effectively across teams and maintain high standards of organization and accuracy.
About You
2+ years of experience in administrative or similar roles.
Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
