Le Géant motorisé is looking for a claims agent to support its internal warranty operations. This is an administrative office position with no customer contact, focused on case management, data entry, and follow-ups with manufacturers. You will play a key role in ensuring the rigorous processing of warranty claims to support internal teams and optimize processes. Specifically, your day-to-day responsibilities will include
Processing warranty claim requests
Verifying and validating the information required for files
Preparing and submitting claims to manufacturers
Conducting administrative and financial follow-ups (payments, statuses)
Negotiating or clarifying certain details with manufacturers
Collaborating with advisors and internal teams
Accurately entering data
Analyzing files to identify trends and improve the process
