We are currently seeking a positive, personable, and skilled Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis for our dynamic client in Edmonton! If you enjoy managing a variety of tasks, supporting a team and management, and ensuring the smooth running of the office, we’d love to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
Direct clients, staff, and guests to appropriate departments.
Manage office supplies, and order in food for meetings.
Book and setup meeting rooms as required.
Connect incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
Create and populate expense reports as requested.
Handle client contact lists, including database management.
Create Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
Type, format, and proofread correspondence documents.
Receive and sort daily mail and assist with courier deliveries.
