About This Opportunity

Your New Role:

Join the Pine Rivers Administration Team to provide high-level administrative support that helps our clinicians deliver exceptional patient care. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and staff, coordinating admissions and ensuring every interaction reflects Healthscope's Values - We Care; We're a team; We Strive; We do.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Managing patient admissions.

· Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

· General reception duties.

· Performing Health Fund Checks / Medicare DVA as required.

· Managing the collection of excesses /co-payments.

· Maintaining accurate patient records and performing billing or reporting functions as required.

· Prioritising tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment.

· Supporting our team by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
