The Administration Assistant | Go to Market team provides administrative and operational support to the GTM Geography Leader and Relationship Managers within the Arup Client Program. You will help keep Go to Market initiatives moving by supporting communication, coordination and reporting. This role suits someone organised, proactive and confident working with a range of teams and senior stakeholders.

The Opportunity

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the business.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, including logistics, documentation and follow-ups.
  • Support Go-To-Market and client relationship initiatives through communications, reporting and engagement.
