Responsibilities

• Answer and handle all customer queries and requests that come in by phone, email, or other channels.
• Work with the dispatch team to coordinate customer sample collection requests, including monthly pickups.
• Prepare health certificate, request form and cover letter or other documents for customers.
• To liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow.
• Maintain and update customer's contact details or any relevant documentation.
