Responsibilities Responsible for HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, employee relation, employee onboarding, etc. Responsible for establishing work objectives and plans within the administrative field of the subsidiary; formulating, participating in, and assisting senior management in implementing relevant policies and systems; responsible for arranging, executing, inspecting, supervising, and ensuring the implementation of specific administrative tasks. Oversee the daily operational management of the subsidiary and control administrative costs (including fixed assets, utilities, courier services, and stationary supplies).
