You’ll be joining CIBC’s Identity Operations and Service Excellence team, accountable for maintaining and supporting CIBC's Enterprise Identity Infrastructure. Services that the team is accountable for include Active Directory, Entra ID, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Services, Entra connect, Quest Active Roles Server, SSO services, Azure MFA, Entra Connect, Conditional Access Policies, and File & Data Governance. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the non-production and production infrastructures and applications and day-to-day operational activities, manage escalations and modify established procedures / approaches to suit specific situations including 24 x 7 support and coordination of recovery efforts. Please note that this role has a requirement for on-call support (on a rotation) to ensure 24x7 support is maintained.
