About This Opportunity

Reconciliation Executive – Forex / FintechKey Responsibilities
  • Perform daily reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawals between CRM, bank statements, and payment service providers (PSPs).
  • Reconcile merchant accounts, payment gateways, and banking transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, mismatches, missing transactions, and posting errors.
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activities.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and submit findings to management.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Verify the accuracy of transaction records maintained within the CRM system.
  • Assist in identifying CRM or operational process gaps affecting financial reporting.
