JOB OVERVIEW This position is under the supervision of the Corporate Credit Manager to assist in the collection of past due accounts and short payments to improve our financial position and mitigate risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up on outstanding accounts and communicate with customers regarding overdue balances.
Follow up with customers on chargebacks and investigate discrepancies to resolve.
