The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and bring strong technical AP expertise, particularly within a complex, multi-entity setting. Key Responsibilities
+ Receive, review, and validate invoices and expense claims for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
+ Prepare invoices for processing, including accurate GL coding, and enter transactions into the ERP system.
+ Collate supporting documentation for high-volume payment runs.
+ Execute scheduled payment runs and ensure timely, accurate distribution of payments.
