Key Responsibilities

Manage and process incoming invoices with a high degree of accuracy. Prepare and remit payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner. Review and reconcile vendor, credit card and bank statements. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships. Process customer invoices. Ensure all payables and receivables are processed in accordance with procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records.
