About the Role The Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and related financial transactions. This position supports efficient financial operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Compensation:
MXN $30,000 – $45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities Obtain invoice approvals from appropriate stakeholders and senior management. Review, code, and enter invoices into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) accurately and timely. Process approved invoices and payment requests within D365. Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
