About This Opportunity

Become an Accounts Payable Administrator at BE Power Equipment's Head Office in Abbotsford. Help manage vendor relations and process invoices in this essential in-office position.

In this intermediate role, you will report to the Controller and spearhead accounts payable tasks for our US operations. With a busy atmosphere requiring attention to detail, you will liaise with vendors, assist in bank reconciliations, and support continuous improvement within the accounts payable function. Your proactive approach will be key to meeting operational deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process incoming invoices and claims
• Facilitate cheque distributions and payment runs
• Reconcile vendor accounts regularly
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders for timely processing
