Manager, M&A Controllership

The Manager, M&A Controllership will support and help lead key accounting aspects of global M&A transactions under IFRS, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Business leadership teams to support strategic acquisitions and integrations, as well as disposals/divestitures and separation activities where applicable. The position will be responsible for supporting due diligence, acquisition accounting, intangible asset valuation support, and the integration of acquired entities into our financial systems. In addition, this role will support disposal accounting considerations and the separation of divested businesses, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and global standards.
