The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, with a primary focus on accounts receivable, billing, expense administration, intercompany transactions, and financial record maintenance. This role will ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts, coordination of job setup documentation, and administration of employee expense reporting.
