to join our client's team in a fast-paced auction environment. This role supports full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll support, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
Process and code vendor invoices, verify approvals, and prepare payments Prepare and process customer refunds and sales adjustments Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Accounts Receivable (AR)
Post payments and reconcile customer accounts Maintain and reconcile AR subledger accounts Payroll & Remittances
Assist with payroll processing including data entry and payroll calculations Maintain payroll records and support statutory remittances Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Banking & Reconciliations
