Responsibilities
* Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals are obtained
* Enter approved invoices into the accounting system and maintain accurate records of all payables activity
* Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
* Assist with preparing and distributing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
* Support bank reconciliations and help maintain organized accounting records and files
* Assist with accounts receivable tasks and occasional bank deposits when required
