Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry using CGI Envision accounting software.
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including managing multi-sheet linkages for data uploads into Envision.
Handle JIB processes, including tracking, verifying, and processing joint venture bills.
Assist with joint venture accounting activities, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
Support data validation and reconciliation between spreadsheets and accounting systems.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
