The ideal candidate will possess an accounting diploma or degree along with a minimum of three years of accounting clerk experience. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of QuickBooks Online are advantageous, especially within the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform bank reconciliations for NMC and King Eddy
• Facilitate cash deposits and manage cash floats
• Coordinate accounts receivable and invoicing processes
• Prepare cheques, EFTs, and wires during payment runs
• Assist in the annual financial statement audit
