Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local GAAP and/or IFRS.
Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate laws, and other statutory requirements; coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities; handle audits (statutory, internal, tax) and respond to queries.
