About The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager focused on expanding value within our existing customer base through cross-sell opportunities. In this role, you’ll partner with customers who already trust our platform and help them discover additional products, features, and solutions that can deepen the impact they get from us.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, position additional solutions, and guide customers through the cross-sell process from discovery to close.

You’ll succeed here if you’re naturally curious about customer needs, comfortable having consultative commercial conversations, and motivated by helping customers unlock more value while driving measurable revenue growth.
