Position Woliba is hiring an Account Executive, Partnerships & Growth to help scale revenue by building new distribution channels, closing net-new business, and expanding Woliba’s footprint across startups and growth-stage companies. This is a hybrid role combining:
Direct sales (discovery, demos, closing)
Partnership development (TPAs, benefits brokers, EORs like Deel)
Founder-led selling into early- and growth-stage startups
You will operate with high ownership, helping define and test go-to-market motions while directly contributing to revenue growth. Objectives
