Minimum requirements

• Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
• Current role: Actively flying as an A320 First Officer
• Type rating: Valid A320 family type rating (current)
• Licences: CPL + IR + ME ( UAEAC accepted)
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Compliance & safety

• Background check: Certificate required
• Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor
• Documentation: Valid passport, licences, medical, and logbook summary
