Key Responsibilities

• Work 24-hour shifts, consisting of 8 hours on-site and 16 hours on-call as a Nurse Practitioner backup.
• Handle 6 to 8 patient encounters during each shift.
• Provide care in a 14-bed ICU environment.
• Receive support from in-house nurse practitioners.
• Conduct both in-person and remote rounding as required.
