Description

We are seeking a Creative Strategist with a strong direct-response marketing mindset to develop and execute high-performing advertising creative for a rapidly growing DTC eCommerce brand.

This role focuses on creating scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ad creative across paid social channels. The adecuado candidate understands how to combine data, consumer psychology, and creative storytelling to produce ads that drive measurable revenue.

You will work closely with media buyers, video editors, and UGC creators to develop creative concepts, write scripts, analyze performance, and continuously iterate on winning formats.
