What you'll be doing

Work with teams to understand their customer journeys and current state of data

Partner with the PM and product leadership to define the goals and KPIs they’ll want to achieve with the power of the new data platform

Map the new data requirements and events, inc the journey steps they belong to, their triggers, the outcome, etc.

Create data models that then derive the conclusions we will need in relation to the KPIs previously set

Conducting funnel and drop-off analysis to identify friction points in the customer journey and areas for optimisation

Advise on how to use data to optimise conversion rates, user engagement, and...
