Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical, practical and land‑informed learning grounded in Indigenous knowledge systems and pedagogies.
Design strategies to implement curriculum guided by Metuaptmumk (All‑around seeing), engaging multiple dimensions of knowing (relational, experiential, systemic, spiritual, clinical).
Ensure program delivery aligns with professional standards for cultural safety and advances relational approaches to nursing education, supporting students through relational mentorship and clinical supervision that recognizes the whole person.
Participate in a faculty circle model, where teaching, reflection, and program development are shared through relational accountability.
