Position: Manager of Behaviour Intervention Services

Location: Prince George
Hours: 30 hours/week Temporary
Salary: $34.51 to start
Start Date: June 15th, 2026
End Date: September 6th, 2027

Reporting to: Director of Sources North

General Responsibilities

• Oversees specific aspects of the Behaviour Support Program and Independent Living Skills Program in collaboration with the Director of Sources North.
• Supports staff who provide direct one-to-one assistance to youth in their homes and communities.
• Helps youth develop independent living skills and supports their transition into adulthood.
• Works as part of an interdisciplinary team alongside a Behaviour Consultant and Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills in a team-based environment.
