Requirements: • A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer/Computation Engineering, Control Systems, or similar; • To have graduated no more than 24 months ago; • For internal employees: maximum of two years working at Volvo; • You also need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal; • Solid knowledge of electrical & electronics fundamentals; • Good understanding of test & verification concepts and practices; • Knowledge of microcontrollers; • Embedded systems understanding; • Experience with programming languages (e.g. C, Python); • Hands-on experience with hardware debugging; • Experience with lab equipment such as digital oscilloscopes and multimeters; • Knowledge of Ethernet and advanced communication protocols is a plus; • Experience with vehicle network architecture and communication/diagnostic protocols is a plus.
