Job Description The Role

As a Production Group Leader, the individual will supervise a group of employees in a production environment, ensuring quality products are delivered safely and on time. The co‑op student will also be responsible for reducing costs, eliminating waste, and improving safety practices. The role is part of a team supporting business objectives and maintaining world‑class operations. Key Responsibilities

Supervise hourly represented employees in a unionized environment. Implement Health & Safety laws and promote a safe work environment. Ensure quality levels are maintained and improved every day.
