The Industrial Engineering Co‑Op Student will provide valuable experience and direct exposure to manufacturing operations in a high‑tech environment at the Oshawa Assembly Plant.
Key Responsibilities
Direct labour, line balancing, layout and cost savings
Indirect labour, line balancing, layout and efficiency analysis
Special projects, labour savings, suggestion processing, and GMS workshops
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (3rd or 4th year) in Industrial Engineering
Available to work full‑time, 40 hours per week in Canada for a 4‑, 8‑, or 12‑month term starting September 2026
Willing to work in a plant environment and flexible with shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed
All students must be legally entitled to work in Canada and be enrolled in a co‑op or internship program that meets its eligibility requirements
