The Manager of Capital and Renewal is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of capital, renovation, and renewal projects for the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board and reports directly to the CEO/CEdO. This includes reviewing engineering drawings, verifying specifications and bid documents for compliance, monitoring project progress through to the end of the warranty period, and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget. The role involves consulting on construction bids, recommending changes to plans and specifications, and making confident, real-time decisions on-site as needed.
Working in a multi-partner environment, the Manager liaises with contractors, consultants, architects, municipal and government officials, school principals, and Board staff to coordinate and share project information. The position also supports the development ...
