District Counsellor (Itinerant)

Term‑specific, 1.0 FTE district position. The District Counsellor will work collaboratively with the Inclusive Education Team, school‑based teams, and the District Child & Youth Care Workers to support student learning, well‑being, and mental health throughout the Fraser Cascade School District.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health supports for students attending the Fraser Cascade School District, including those working remotely.
• Offer support to students and families at school, at home, and off‑site locations, including on reserve.
• Work flexible hours to meet student and family needs, including after‑school and evening times.
• Prioritize the needs of elementary students.
• Collaborate with the Inclusive Education Department to support all priority students.
