The Digital Experience/UX Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing high quality user (, patient/client/employee/citizen/stakeholder) experiences on NL Health Services digital properties. Working in a team environment, this position helps to execute the organization's digital communications strategy and aims to ensure that patients, clients and families can easily access health information and services through digital platforms. This position relies on user research, consultation methods and communication best-practices to understand users' communications needs, preferences and expectations with the goal to recommend and implement engaging digital solutions. The incumbent will coordinate and conduct usability testing, identify usability requirements, develop information architecture systems, guide and create visual user interfaces and continuously evaluate digital experiences for improvement.
