OSSTF - Education Workers 1.0 Permanent Indigenous Student Transition and Support Worker - West Region Effective August 28, 2025 The Indigenous Student Transition and Support Worker will work closely with the Indigenous Student Lead and/or School team to assist with leading and implementing programs, services and other supports to meet the unique needs of First Nation, Metis and Inuit students, and their families, with a focus on successful student learning from grade JK-12. The Indigenous Student Transition and Support Worker will report directly to the Principal of Student Achievement and Well-Being with the Indigenous Education Portfolio.
