Description We are looking for a junior Arizona-licensed attorney to join a regional mid-sized law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, handling insurance defense and broader civil litigation matters. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week while remaining closely connected to a collaborative legal team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage civil litigation files from initial case assessment through resolution, maintaining momentum across deadlines, strategy, and client communication.
• Prepare persuasive motions, legal memoranda, and other written advocacy materials to support case objectives in insurance defense and related disputes.
• Conduct written discovery and coordinate responses, document review, and factual development to build effective case positions.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as matters progress.
