Job Description: Working on assigned shifts, you will provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will be required to write reports, investigate routine incidents, and respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner. In this role, you must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience
Ensuring compliance with the standards, rules, and regulations at the Property
Be proactive in helping everyone have an outstanding customer experience at the Property
Perform highly visible patrols of assigned patrol areas/zones (by foot) and positively engage with tenants, guests, visitors, and employees on an ongoing basis
Maintain strong knowledge of activities and special events at the Property and assist visitors and guests during their visit to the Property
